1 Hour sessions: 1/2 Hour sessions: 2 in 1 hour hour sessions:
1 = $ 60 1 = $ 40 1 = $ 45 / person
8 = $ 45/ea 8 = $ 25/ea 8 = $ 30/person/ea
16 = $ 42.50/ea 16 = $ 22.50/ea 16 = $ 27.50/person/ea

Any strength training routine should begin with a minimum of a 5 to 10 minute cardiovascular warm-up to increase body temperature and prepare the central nervous system to prevent injury.
After learning proper technique through the use of the cybex machines our clients progress to even greater results through the use of free weights.
A properly designed exercise program should initially focus on proper technique which can be learned through the range of motion provided by our Cybex selectorized machines.
